The car as great
The car as great, I was waiting for 20 minutes to get served and there was only 1 person in front of me and I had to stand outside in the heat to wait. The lady who served me was very nice and polite, but I didn’t like the heavy sales and scare tactics regarding the extra insurance. Nobody was there to question about the car on pick up or drop off, but no problems so it was ok.

First time using this company. This was the cheapest car hire I found after cancelling others I had booked with. I booked 3 weeks before I needed car which turned out to be the cheapest time for me. Book early and check back to get best price.

Fraudulent insurance - cover only kicks in after excesses of €5800
We bought premium insurance with orbit, but the excesses total €5800 blocked on the credit card. Reducing this block to €100 has cost an additional €520. How does this industry get away with such flagrant fraudulent behaviours.
