Pathetic service
Pathetic service. The rental car company said there was no booking under my name, despite showing them the voucher. I tried calling Orbit, but it just went into voicemail. Got frustrated and then after 4 hours, I ended up getting a rental car from another provider. Orbit have yet to return my call and refund the amount charged to my credit card. This company is a joke. Shameless and absolutely hopeless.

Expect nothing if you get involved in any incident
Why isn't anyone picking up the phone on the number that you have provided? I want to give you guys a mouthful for behaving so unethically with your decent customers who are doing the right thing by you Not a good company to deal with. It's ok if you don't get involved in any incident. If you do, and have insurance with Orbit, then don't expect anything back. They are not contactable and you pay for insurance and get not support or assistance if required. Not sure how they are allowed to operate legally.

Excellent service only slightly marred by being told the damage waiver is with orbit not usave and I’m liable to pay damage and claim it back from orbit. Usual car hire insurance crap.

Fraud company
What a load of rubbish. I have tried calling that number several times, and it just goes into voicemail. Just fess up that your company is a fraud, with no office or phone number. ----------------------‐---- Despite having top insurance with ZERO excess, this company is not willing to pay me the amount due to me. I have initiated legal proceedings against this fraudulent company with no office, no phone. Scammers. Don't buy any insurance through them.

Never purchase an Insurance from Orbit Car Rental. God forbid, if you get involved in any incident, don't expect to get anything from Orbit. They are just brokers, with no office, no phone. Online scammers. Fraudsters of the highest order. It won't be long before law gets to them.
