Orbit car hire save the day.
Orbit car hire were great and sorted a problem out straight away on arrival in Madeira. If it wasn't for Orbit my car hire with OK Mobility would have been cancelled there and then, but Orbit stepped straight away and sorted it. Impressed by Orbit, not impressed by OK Mobility. Would use Orbit again.

Additional charges from end provider that Orbit never managed to refund
Rented a car through Orbit for Puerto Rico. Upon arriving at the provider (coupon was saying Routes but the actual sign says Allied) and after waiting about 1:20 mins (!) finally my was my turn (there were only 3-4 people before me). I explained I had the booking and that I didn't want to add additional insurance just to add the automatic tolls (was told it's 8 dollars per pass, that was lies it is much less so not worth buying it) they gave me a total price of about 130 dollars more. They then told me that the agreed price with Orbit is an estimate and they dictate the prices!!! I tried to challenge this but with no luck and considering the late time I just agreed to what they had to get the car. I later noticed they even added a windscreen insurance (when getting the car I saw on the windscreen 3 chips which I later understood why they have added the insurance for. It was only 10usd for the whole rental, but I clearly mentioned I didn't want to add any cover). The next day I contacted Orbit about this and they contacted the car rental but never got it sorted. Upon my return I contacted Orbit again for the additional rental cost only, I accepted that the extras added to the contract were on me. Still Orbit didn't help me at all and didn't refund anything of the rental cost aggrement. I'd avoid both companies at all costs if they cannot even sort a 60 USD extra charge back to the client.
