No big issues collecting or returning…
No big issues collecting or returning car at Frankfurt Airport. This is really a review encompassing Alamo who were the car providers. Unfortunately the car was only 1/3 full of petrol when I collected - it should have been full. I dd not recognize this immediately because I was not familiar with the car. However, on my return I explained the issue to the receiving representative and a credit was given without question.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. We searched far and wide for a car hire that allowed unlimited kms in W.A. this company had great prices, unlimited kms and service to match. We needed to pay an additional payment to travel out of the 500km radius of Perth, but this company still beat every other company by far on price and inclusions. Great airport pick up service

Third party company- avoid and go direct!
Did not realise this booking would take me to a third party provider. I added premium cover and an additional driver, then when we got to Malaga airport they were insistent we did not have either of these included. Very stressful after waiting an hour to collect the car. So ended up paying double what orbit had confirmed! Not happy at all. Reached out to orbit who said they could not do anything about it.
