Great vehicle hire.
I arrived and didn’t have to queue to pick up my vehicle. I was upgraded as no vehicles of the size I had booked were available- worked very well. The vehicle was easy to find, clean and instructions easy to find. The staff were friendly and courteous.

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was the courtesy bus to take me to where the hire car was kept me waiting about 20-25 mins. Other than that great. Would use again

Great car hire experience
The car I hired was pretty much brand new . Quick shuttle bus to rental unit . However make sure you thoroughly check the car before you leave and take loads of photos of the car and any marks at all photo them as when you return it they go around it in such detail it’s unreal. They will try to catch you out luckily I took the photos of the mark and the scratches on the rear bumper on mine and the man who was in front of me had the same issue but he had the photos to back himself up that the damage was already there . So great experience. Great car but remember to photo your car before you leave

It was simple and straightforward Don't get me wrong there was still an insurance upsell but wasn't pushy Car was great, shuttle from airport was great and then the return service was great If ever I can I would use orbit again and budget car rental in particular Great price too

Car OK but pick up wait was too long
Called hire company on arrival at airport as per instructions but waited almost an hour to be picked up. The check in and out processes were good and the car was OK. I was told that all documents would be emailed to me when I collected the car but didn't receive any. I also filled in their online request form and emailed the company but still didn't receive anything. I told the attendant when dropping the car off but she didn't seem interested.
