Great service, was met promptly at the airport and vehicle was available. Can’t fault the ease of the service and the vehicle was exactly what we asked for. I would encourage everyone to take photos of all around the vehicle to ensure a smooth return of the vehicle at the end of the hire period. Will definitely use again.

Money taken out but not received confirmation of booking.
Just made a car rental booking with orbit. Money was taken out of my account however received an error massage on their webpage. However, money was still taken out of my account and yet I have not received any confirmation about my booking. There is No way of getting in touch with them as they only work during working hours. Very disappointed. I will have to call my bank tomorrow to get this sorted.
