Almost everything was ok. The only negative point was that the moment I need the window washing ther was no fluid in the tank. But the car was comfortable en drive well.

Orbit communication was very clear - we had everything we needed in good time. Friendly and helpful staff at both the desk and the car park for the hire company they found for us. Really nice, clean, comfortable car - would definitely recommend them.

Orbit were brilliant - Marko particularly was really helpful in resolving an issue quickly, professionally and helped keep us moving. I would use Orbit again without hesitation - I wouldn't uses Drivalia though, we queued for over an hour to pick up our car, they then took ages to process our booking, when all you want to do is grab keys and get on your way, not a great experience from them

Customer Service was good. Unfortunately, the car broke down and the numbers displayed inside the car or not Europe car which caused a lot of confusion and meant I had to spend a lot of time on the phone sorting out matters. It was a Renault and they were the recovery people. I found them to be rude and condescending which really took a negative toll on my break.
