I have purchased and repurchased from OOOFlavors many times. Their customer service is outstanding. Their selection is impressive and I always find what I am looking for. I highly recommend them and love being a customer!

Love the flavors! Perfect for baking, although you do usually have to use a lot for whatever you're making. And perfect for keto!

Product arrived and smelled like maple even before taking packaging off the bottle - It was supposed to be “Malted Milk”. Removed protective plastic and tried smelling product - smelled weird. Put a drop in soy milk to taste... Absolutely VILE. Had husband try for second opinion. He spit it out and agreed -UNUSABLE. Contacted “Customer Service”. Representative said product was unreturnable (which I understand for safety reasons), told her I wanted my money back as the product tastes NOTHING like it’s name. She came back with a offer for a merchandise “credit”. No mention was made about the reimbursement for shipping. I emailed he back, I wanted a full refund. I do not want to buy anything else. The product that I received is disgusting and unusable. Five days later no reply, so followed up with a phone call. Representative put me on hold to “go talk to a manager”, she came back and said the manager was at lunch and could she call me back? Yes, I said. Hours later no reply. A huge time suck on top of being completely disappointed with the product.

The flavors didn’t taste like what they were s supposed to be. They were horrible and they would not replace.

My order arrived very quickly and packed well. The flavors were even better than I had hoped.

I was excited to find a source for a cornbread flavoring. I read the reviews and found that people seemed to love it or hate it. I realize that flavors do not affect all people the same way so I decided to try some flavors for myself in the hopes that I was one of the fortunate ones that could smell and taste a difference. Unfortunately, I was not. But, I think that what bothers me the most is that the company would not take back the unopened flavors. I bought four different flavors and opened two to give it an honest try. I was told that because it was a food product they could not be returned even unopened. I have not found that to be the case with any other company. There was no notice that items could not be returned. To me, this is the action of a company who does not believe in their product. Had I know of this policy I would not have purchased any at all. I suggest that you find a company that is willing to work with its customers and allow the return of unopened items in original condition.

Product great for my Keto diet. It came quickly and the value was good.

Lots of flavors, however, I was looking for smaller quantities than one gallon size. I was able to order a variety pack. We will see how it works.

I enjoy 1/2 the flavors I buy from OooFlavors. When I get a great one I love it, but unfortunately the other 1/2 are very artificial and unusable. I wish I could give this a better review. My attempt to get a sample pack sent seemed like an inconvenience to the company.

Have ordered quite a few and never have I had one that was off but instead always an exact match! Flavorful in baking and adding to chaffles! Great in 1/2 & 1/2 for coffee creamer.

I have tried two other Creme Brulee's from other companies.....one was ok, but not what I was looking for....the second was horrible, tasted brunt.....Yours is exactly what I was looking for and has wonderful flavor....My morning Cuppa just wouldn't be the same without it......Thank You for making such a great product.

Terrible. Purchased corn flavoring for "cornbread" it tasted like bananas. Going back to old brand!
