Product NOT as Described & Horrid - Poor “Customer Service”
Product arrived and smelled like maple even before taking packaging off the bottle - It was supposed to be “Malted Milk”. Removed protective plastic and tried smelling product - smelled weird. Put a drop in soy milk to taste... Absolutely VILE. Had husband try for second opinion. He spit it out and agreed -UNUSABLE. Contacted “Customer Service”. Representative said product was unreturnable (which I understand for safety reasons), told her I wanted my money back as the product tastes NOTHING like it’s name. She came back with a offer for a merchandise “credit”. No mention was made about the reimbursement for shipping. I emailed he back, I wanted a full refund. I do not want to buy anything else. The product that I received is disgusting and unusable. Five days later no reply, so followed up with a phone call. Representative put me on hold to “go talk to a manager”, she came back and said the manager was at lunch and could she call me back? Yes, I said. Hours later no reply. A huge time suck on top of being completely disappointed with the product.
