My friend turned me on to your flavors and she ordered me a few. We made ice cream and LOVED the Pistachio, so I ordered a few flavors. Love how quick it came but the pistachio flavor does not taste like pistachio. It tastes like pineapple. but a FYI and not sure if it got labeled wrong.

Really excellent flavors. The taste is true’ not artificial like the grocery store varieties. Thank you for making such excellent flavors. I’m going to be a repeat customer.

The flavors are strong made ejuice with them pickle and teriyaki were good smoked bacon and chili not soo much but everyone's taste buds are different, so someone else might like them

I was very excited seeing all the flavor options and thought these would be awesome for my cookie business.. Chose 6 flavors(definitely should have started with 1 or read the reviews first) the apple w caramel smells nothing like it and I couldn't taste it. In fact it made my cookies taste like they had no sugar in them. Im extremely disappointed that I spent this much money. I'd rather go to HEB because they flavors are awesome they just didn't have this much variety

I made a mistake with the shipping address so what i ordered returned to one on one location. I went back on the purchase and i cant edit the address so i sent you guys an email 6days ago and yet to get an answer

I waited weeks for these flavors to come and highly disappointed. All of the flavors are underwhelming with a very strong chemical taste.

I used the corn tortilla extract the very next day I received it and was very pleased. Started Keto diet due to pre diabetic blood results and it’s nice to know I can still do Taco Tuesday’s I cant wait to keep learning more recipes to use it on besides tortillas.

Corn flavor bottle could not be opened, had to cut off top tasted like cake batter. Carmel flavor ok nit very distinguishable have not tried brownie yet. Cake flavir is excellent

I purchased products almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I was charged $13 to ship items that that weighed less than a pound. I have contacted the company regarding not receiving the items requested. I was told by Karen that it is USPS’s fault and that I have to take it up with them. I routinely receive packages for products that I purchase and supplies for things that I sell from USPS, ups and Fedex several times a week with no delays. Karen, #1 I should not have to contact USPS as I purchased the items from one on one and not the postal service. # 2 I have tried to reach someone at USPS and can not get a human. Tracking still shows my package as haven’t left Nevada in almost two weeks. I respectfully requested a refund and Karen flat out refused stating that they need notification from USPS that the package has been lost or is undeliverable. I did not choose the shipping company, her company did and instead of taking any kind of responsibility or even attempting to assist me as I needed these at a specific time and for a specific purpose she acts like she could care less. I requested to speak with a manager and Karen told me she is the manager. I looked on the One on One website and she is the social media manger. Karen you do excel in two areas. Customer no service and future sales prevention.
