Order hasn’t been received. Lost a customer here. Funny that they are asking me for a review on an order I have not received.

They keep asking me for a review and I have 2 orders out that I have not received. So, right now, the get 1 star for not returning my emails asking where my orders are.

Absolutely the BEST flavor company in the world. Their customer service is outstanding! Very reliable and friendly reps to converse with. I highly recommend them to all the food lovers out there!

I want to love these flavors but so far have been disappointed. I am keto and tried so far baked potato and banana flavors. Neither tastes like what they are supposed to. I also had the issue with opening bottles but received great customer service. I do not vape, but the flavors smell like you are in a vape shop. I still have 3 flavors to try out. In the meantime I keep them inside a plastic container and ziploc bag & the vapors still permeate.

I received the packaged bottle and opened the bubble wrap - was immediately assailed by an unpleasant funky smell. Nevertheless, I decided to open it to see if the contents was okay. Couldn't open the bottle - the split cap just kept spinning no matter what I tried. I emailed 1-on-1 enclosing pictures of the split cap, detailing the smell etc. - no reply for several days. So I called. In response to my concern and my request for a return, the polite person I spoke to wouldn't even consider a return - instead she refused to address the "funky smell" and suggested that PUTTING THE BOTTLE IN THE FREEZER would help me open it. and that I would have to do that EVERY TIME I WANTED TO USE IT. I think she could have at least said there WAS an option to return it if I continued to be concerned - but apparently, it's money wasted - down the drain. 1-0n-1 has a great product idea, but after this experience, I'll look elsewhere for similar products to purchase.

The extracts came on time. The banana bread flavor is spot on. I made muffins using almond flour and they were delicious.

Super fast delivery of marshmallows that were hard to find

The marshmallows were used for bombs. They worked perfectly for the latest hot chocolate and mocha phase. Absolutely wonderful!

My daughter, granddaughter and I decided to make the flavors of our Christmas candy different this year and bought the Keto Christmas flavors. The Sugar Cookie and White Chocolate Peppermint were good and the Hazelnut was acceptable but the Gingerbread was disappointing and we threw it away. I am eager to try other flavors you offer but will probably not buy a group of flavors again. Your service was prompt and I appreciate that.

So far I've been nothing but happy with my Ooo Flavors experience. I was able to order a little bundle of the flavors I wanted together, everything arrived on time and packaged very well!

I love the flavoring oils! Sometimes the oil leaked in shipping but that’s nothing OOO flavor’s fault. Definitely buying again soon

Flavors were good, no dyes or anything. Its hard to get a decent mango flavor but theirs was pretty spot on
