Terrible flavors, terrible customer service policy

Shipping was extremely fast, but that's the end of anything good I have to say about my purchase. Ordered $100 worth of different flavors and absolutely none of them tasted anything like description. Entire box smelled positively rancid which should have been my first clue. One drop is difference between absolutely no appreciable change in flavor vs a horrible chemical taste that ruins whatever food you're using it in. Reached out to company who promptly told me in corporate speak to take a hike. I've had great experiences with many other similar concentrated flavoring companies and assumed this one would be on par with the others; my mistake, I suppose. Avoid.
