Ordered after recommendation from friend. When one arrived with broken leaky cap i contacted company immediately. They responded promptly and within several days sent me a email saying a replacement was on its way. Appreciate prompt resolution of problem. Product is very good as well.
The assortment of flavors is mind blowing. It would probably be difficult to find a flavor they don’t have. So far, I’ve tried the watermelon and orange and they were excellent for my purposes. Very true to taste.

The Vanilla custard is VERY mild, it could use a bit more sweetness. The Vanilla cupcake was the same. The S'mores was better! Over all I am very happy with my purchase and I will be purchasing larger bottles and moreflavors in the future!

I purchased the ginger ale and bourbon hoping to make non alcoholic drinks but I used it with sparkling water made by my own machine and no amount of drops, starting at 20 as per instructions made a ginger ale flavor/taste or smell just odd chemical odor. Found same with bourbon flavor- no flavor or bourbon smell just odd chemical smell and taste. Do not waste your money.
These flavors are great and being on a keto diet allows me to have the taste of something without the carbs. You guys rock!
I didn't like this product at all. I usually drink Bourbon in club soda, and I was looking for an alcohol-free Bourbon-flavored liquid to put in my club soda. Apparently, making something taste like Bourbon that isn't Bourbon is too tall an order. It tasted like I had put cleaning fluid in it. Just tasted like chemicals. Sorry, not for me.
Flavor of the cookies in cream was not strong enough and I had to use the whole bottle on one recipe

The service and delivery time were great - the product, not so much. Tastes very chemically and I am disappointed as I thought it would be a sweet addition to my daily coffee. I can barely consume it.

Always a quality flavor. Would really appreciate a tracking number for shipping so somebody can be ready for the arrival. Use these for flavored seltzer water, but have found some interfere with CO2 being held in suspension - 'Blast of Baja' is one such flavor.
I was excited about these flavors for sparkling water additions. The website was easy to navigate and there were many flavors available. We tried a couple once we received them and weren't very impressed with the taste. I am a little disappointed overall. Most of the flavors we find from the grocery store have more/better taste.
