Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Der Käufer hat ein angeblich bestehendes Problem gemeldet. Daraufhin musste ich mich mehrfach rechtfertigen, obwohl ich sämtliche Nachweise für den Versand des Pakets übermittelt hatte. Der Käufer hat das Paket einfach nicht in der Paketfiliale abgeholt. Letztendlich wurden meine Versandkosten nicht zurückerstattet. Ich hatte unnötigen Zeitaufwand durch die Korrespondenz mit dem Ergebnis, dass meine Hinweise in keiner Weise berücksichtigt wurden. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass meine Nachrichten gar nicht gelesen wurden. Das Problem wurde als gelöst markiert, obwohl ich dies nicht bestätigt hatte. Fazit: Nie, niemals wieder!!!! PS zur Ihrer Nachricht: über diesen Link habe ich bereits Hilfe gesucht - es funktioniert nicht. Ich über diesen Link keine Nachricht oder Anfrage schicken.

Absoluter Schwachsinn, ich bestelle airpods, dann kommen fakes an. Der Verkäufer antwortet absichtlich nicht. Ich beschwere mich und dann wird das Geld ausgezahlt. Echt stark wirklich sehr schlau von euch. LG Kolja
