Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Gut finde ich
Gut finde ich, dass der Verkaufspreis zurückerstattet wurde (dank Käuferschutz). Weniger schön ist, dass ich das Porto nicht erhalte, obwohl der Verkäufer die falsche Ware gesandt und ich diese zurückgeschickt habe (also Porto für nix !!!). Warum dann Käuferschutz?
