Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Ik kreeg maar weinig tijd om mijn product terug te sturen en daardoor had ik niet genoeg tijd om de verzending met de koper te regelen. Ik heb toen zelf voor de verzending betaald maar het idee dat ik dat terug zou krijgen maar nu krijg ik niks terug. Als ik hier naar vraag wijst iedereen naar elkaar en zegt elke partij dat zij hier niet verantwoordelijk voor zijn. Erg klantonvriendelijkheid en onduidelijk hoe het gegaan is.
