Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

The handling of the refund was okay.
The handling of the refund was okay. However, I am not happy that I do not get the insurance fee back. Only the price of the good and the shipping cost. Next time I will not use this service. With Paypal I get the full amount back.

Ärger mit privaten Verkäufer
Der private Verkäufer hat den Artikel nicht versendet und auf Nachfrage immer neue Behauptungen mitgeteilt warum er mir die angebliche DHL Sendungsverfolgung nicht nennen konnte. Hier sind sie meine Rettung gewesen ! ! Vielen Dank nochmal ! 😎👍
