Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Mangelhaftes, defektes Gerät anstelle eines neuen, unbenutzten erhalten. Verkäufer war uneinsichtig und unfreundlich. Deshalb habe ich die Problemmeldung über meinen Käuferschutz gemacht. Dann ging alles sehr schnell, Rückerstattung nach wenigen Tagen! Alles bestens!

nach 3 Wochen noch kein Geld und keine Möglichkeit der Kommunikation …
Obwohl Sie von mir die Bezahlung erhalten haben und ich offensichtlich noch keine Ware erhalten habe drohen Sie mir, wenn ich eine Frist von 14 Tagen verpasse, dem Verkäufer das Geld zu überweisen. Das ist doch absurd, das ist ja eine Einladung zum Betrug: der Verkäufer wartet erst mal ab, dann ist er krank und kann angeblich nicht. Wenn ich jetzt nicht nochmals das kleingedruckte gelesen hätte, dann muss der Verkäufer nur warten um das Geld zu erhalten ohne jemals etwas versendet zu haben. Und als ich den Fall gemeldet habe kam die nächste Drohung mit einer Frist, bei der das Geld automatisch ausgezahlt werden würde. Das ist doch kein Service, den ich jemals wieder in Anspruch nehmen werde!
