Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Das Online Bezahlsystem von Kleinanzeigen ist der absolute Müll. Unser Rat: kauft nicht darüber - man hat nur Probleme und bei einem Problem wird die Rückerstattung ewig rausgezögert, damit mit dem Geld gearbeitet werden kann. Finger weg!

Einrichten Auszahlung nicht möglich
Versuche vergeblich ein Auszahlungskonto zu hinterlegen. Habe schon mindestens 4x ein Foto von meinem Kontoauszug gesendet, doch jedes mal kommt die Meldung " Fehlgeschlagen ' . Mein Geld kann ich mir wohl abschreiben. Einmal und nie wieder werde ich diese Plattform nutzen.

Alles in allem war gut. Kostenloser Rückversand für getäuschte Kunden wäre eine gute Option.
