Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Das Unternehmen Solar Biber war nur bis zur Unterschrift korrekt, danach wurde uns ein Bank Unternehmen präsentiert von dem wir zurück treten konnten, wir können nicht mehr vom Vertrag zurück treten und werden andere Wege einleiten

Perfekte Abwicklung!
Bedingungen von dem zu verkaufenden Artikel waren falsch eingestellt. Der Verkäufer wollte „Sicher bezahlen“ nicht ausführen, obwohl es angeboten wurde und ich bereits mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte. Verkäufer hat trotz Aufforderung den Verkauf abzubrechen dies nicht getan. Daraufhin wurde von mir ein Ticket erstellt, mit der Bitte um Stornierung. Dies ist jetzt erfolgt und Kaufpreis wird zurückerstattet. Perfekte Abwicklung !😊

Schlechte Erreichbarkeit
Schlechte Erreichbarkeit, Geld nach Tagen noch nicht erstattet und so wie sie es aussehen lassen, soll ich die Versandgebühren des Verkäufers bezahlen, obwohl dieser den Fehler selbst verschuldet hat. Stattdessen müsste dieser eigentlich auch die Gebühren für den Rückversand tragen. Fühle mich durch Ihren Dienst überhaupt nicht adäquat abgesichert und insgesamt war die Erfahrung eine Katastrophe
