Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Beste Online Payment Platform, ik heb op 16 juni direct op de advertentie via iDeel 5,94 euro betaald maar hiervan maar 1,99 euro teruggestort gekregen van uw Plaform , vanwaar dit verschil in bedrag? Met vriendelijke groet A J Dröge

Ik kreeg een klacht van een koper die…
Ik kreeg een klacht van een koper die ik niet terecht vond en dus ook. Niet akkoord ging met het ontbinden van de koop. Ik kon dat goed onderbouwen en had ook duidelijke foto’s in de advertentie geplaatst. Ik heb een duidelijke onderbouwing gegeven en daar is naar geluisterd en ben ik in het gelijk gesteld. Daar was ik natuurlijk blij om.
