Very weak service

Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Sie haben sich überhaupt nicht…

Sie haben sich überhaupt nicht ernsthaft der Sache angenommen, sondern einfach den leichten und unkomplizierten Weg genommen. Das aber auch der Verkäufer in vielen Situationen der Geschädigte sein kann, weil der Käufer den Kauf bereut, entweder aus Kosten- oder Preisgründen, scheint nicht zu interessieren. Leider ist es auch mittlerweile möglich die Ware schlecht zu behandeln und dann als defekt geliefert zu deklarieren. Diese Herangehensweise des Käufersschutz und die damit Nichtbeachtung des Verkäuferschutz ist absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Guten Tag.

Es ist ein sehr sicheres und komfortables Bezahlsystem. Die Auszahlung des Geldes vom Verkauf erfolgte innerhalb 24 Stunden. Somit geht man Betrügern nicht in die Fänge und ist auf der sicheren Seite. Daumen hoch für OPP.
