Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Keinen Rucksack, dafür 12,69€ weg!
Ich habe einen Rucksack bei Kleinanzeigen gekauft. Der Rucksack hat 100€ gekostet. Da drauf kamen dann 5€ für den Käuferschutz und 7,69€ für den Versand. In Summe also 12,69€ oben drauf. Nun hat der Verkäufer den Rucksack nach über zwei Wochen nicht verschickt und damit mein Käuferschutz (laut Frist) nicht verfällt, habe ich ein Problem gemeldet. Gleichzeitig aber auch den Verkäufer noch kontaktiert, dass ich das machen muss, um den Käuferschutz zu behalten. Dass wurde der Kauf plötzlich abgebrochen, der Verkäufer bietet den selben Rucksack wieder auf seinem Konto an und ich bekomme 100€ zurück, bleibe aber auf den 12,69€ für den Käuferschutz und den nicht erbrachten Versand sitzen! Nachdem ich mein Geld zurückgefordert habe, weil ich ein Produkt in der falschen Größe umd mit riesen Loch erhalten habe, bekomme ich KEINE Meldung mehr. Ich habe für diese Dienstleistung extra bezahlt, ich bin enttäuscht.
