Very weak service

Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

A penalty for bad behavior?

I bought a camera with buyers protection. I reported that there was a problem an that the camera wasn't send and the buyer didn't respond. You asked only the buyer if he wanted to cancel the deal and he did. So you cancelled the deal, but at my expence. There should have been a penalty, because of his action. Expell him for half a year or make him pay an amount for the buyer. I'm glad you give me financial backup, but why isn't this buyer spoken to, that this isn't the way to deal on Marktplaats.

VERY FAR FROM EVENT DECENT

Way too long process and too complicated... I am the customer that paid for something, that was not delivered! WHY do I have to depend on seller to cancel the deal? WHY do I need to submit separate claim for shipping? For shipping, do I pay for delivery of the package? Or for label? This is a mess...

Fall tkt_2ca2ded3d64b] einfach geschlossen und ich bekomm mein Geld nicht zurück.Was ist das für eine Käuferschutz.Es stand noch eine Antwort vom Paketdienst aus.Ihr seid nicht weiter zuempfehlen. Die Antwort ist jawohl der Gipfel,und ob es ein Verpackungsschaden war.Das hatte ich geschrieben und mit Fotos belegt. Warum sollte man mit Käuferschutz kaufen das ihr euch die Taschen Vollmacht. Nie wieder!!! Man kann bloß warnen vor euch.

Nicht zu empfehlen über diese Platform als VERKÄUFER Geschäfte abzuwickeln. AGBs werden über rechtliche Grundlagen gestellt und Fristen vom Support nicht beachtet. Ich nehme an Entscheidungen im Support werden von einer KI getroffen, daher rate ich ab als Verkäufer damit zu arbeiten.
