Online Legal India has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
They made me pay Rs.2200/- to draft an LLP agreement within 5 minutes. Even after 72 hours they did'nt assign any lawyer. Each time I followup they were extending to another 24 hours. Finally I have to give up the amount without getting any services. I felt cheated by them.

I paid 2359 rupees to online legal India but issue was not resolved online legal an India demands 14000 rupees extra as a further process which is cheating and unfair. I lost 2359 rupees please don’t believe online Legal India and I request India Government and Supreme Court pls control this kind of online cheating and fraud they are trapping the people who are in problems and playing g with public emotions. Please save public for This online cheating
Sad that clicking star is mandatory. I discussed with abhirup.dey on N0v 15, 2024 for trademark registration. He said service charge 1999+GST, Trademark registration 4500. > I asked "IF THERE IS ANY OBJECTION/HEARING DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING!" - He said "NO". > I asked "IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES!" - He said "NO". > I asked "SERVICE CHARGE IS FOR BOTH WORD MARK AND TRADE MARK RIGHT" - He said "YES", ONLY GOVERNMENT CHARGES YOU NEED TO PAY Today he is saying, for Objection/Hearing need to pay 11000 for each Wordmark and Trademark. Additional service charge is needed for device mark. Please stand to the point. I need my money back. Don't give stand response. It is your team fault and it is good to accept and do the needful. If required please check the call recording. In your response confirm whether you return my money or not!! The company only submitting customer documents and after that they are given customer a tracking ID but the ID is not reachable due to your system failure however you are not interested in solving the problem of customer. It is more harassing then the online site which against complain me. Online legal India also looting the money from those customer who are complaining against any online site. They are only giving a notice and no online company replied to this notice. Very disappointing. They are not doing proper work. They send simple notice to online site which do fraud to customer and the online site never give any reply to this type of notice. They are also fraud never waste your money by making online complain to online legal India. They are only submitting the documents of customer and think that work is done.
I had a bad experience with OLI, I have paid an money of 3.5k initially towards drafting/serving the legal notice to the OP.I have given the complaint in an word document and the same was copy/pasted in their template and was served to the OP. After getting a response from the OP, I was further informed that I have to pay 15k to file a petition for which i have agreed and paid accordingly. I came to know from another advocate that the initial notice that was served had numerous errors and they had to be rectified before proceeding with the petition. OLI took more than a month to draft the second legal notice but not sure they have actually served the notice for the second time as OLI team failed to provide me a tracking number. I was very upset with the services of OLI and asked them not to proceed as they were delaying the things and requested them to refund. Few weeks later I got a call from their escalation team stating they can only refund partial amount(around 7500) and literally forced me to accept for the partial refund. Even refund process took more than couple of weeks. Later, I further reached out to OLI support/Escalation team via email/phone to explain the reason why i had to agree to the partial refund and also questioned them why i should pay them when they have not done any favour to me apart from delaying. They were not in a mood to reply to the question i have asked and simply stated, they have refunded the money. No matter, what question you ask the answer remains the same. There were more than 100+ email thread and out of which the responses from OLI was same mostly in every reply of theirs. I felt like sharing my bad experience with OLI will help many people like us to think multiple times before approaching OLI. I haven’t heard back any thing yet? Awaiting for a response. Finally, This is how OLI operates. There won’t be any response from their end. OLI is not in a postition to respond as they are aware they have taken money for doing nothing, more over delayd the things by more than couple of months. OLI/Fastinfo will not respond when a customer will raise a complaint and asks for any justification on thier work... Its been more than couple of months and there is no response what so ever from OLI....
I like the service very much. It’s easy and fast. Hopefully my complaint gets resolved quickly.

God save this nation where a registered legal company who's suppose to help people with their legal issues itself doing fraud with the customers. They will give you very high hopes by saying that your case is very strong and you have 100% chances for winning it. After taking you in confidence they will charge money based on your claim amount. Once you have paid forget about callback from them. The assigned advocate will also ask for some money. The money doesn't reaches the court and the case get's dismissed by the court stating that they haven't received fees. Now the company stops responding. Advocate says I am not aware what company has done. I have encountered two advocates working with this company and they themself speaks negative of this company. People in need of legal assistance easily falls in their trap. Jaago Grahak Jaago
It's little early to decide as I just accept to serve the legal notice to the complainant. And I hope online services are really effective and efficient. Rest it's depends how far I got the resolution.
