Sad that clicking star is mandatory. I discussed with abhirup.dey on N0v 15, 2024 for trademark registration. He said service charge 1999+GST, Trademark registration 4500. > I asked "IF THERE IS ANY OBJECTION/HEARING DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING!" - He said "NO". > I asked "IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES!" - He said "NO". > I asked "SERVICE CHARGE IS FOR BOTH WORD MARK AND TRADE MARK RIGHT" - He said "YES", ONLY GOVERNMENT CHARGES YOU NEED TO PAY Today he is saying, for Objection/Hearing need to pay 11000 for each Wordmark and Trademark. Additional service charge is needed for device mark. Please stand to the point. I need my money back. Don't give stand response. It is your team fault and it is good to accept and do the needful. If required please check the call recording. In your response confirm whether you return my money or not!!
