To file a Cyber crime case I need to pay them 2k and need to do this for this is I call to 1930 thy will do this for free. I need the refund of my amount else. Plz give me my refund I don't want u r advice or ntg. These people are also a frad. They are really not a lawyer. Plz don't take support from them 😡😡

Update for 8-Jan-2025. Online Legal India is the worst company. This is regarding OLI41847131246941. I paid around 15K on 4-April-2024 for filing a case in consumer court. Almost 9 months have passed and the case has not yet been filed. The lawyer assigned to me gives evasive answer and disappears. Several lawyers have been assigned and disappeared. These lawyers asked for additional money which wasn't communicated earlier (What did I pay 15k for anyway then?). Few days back I had a call from them telling me that I will have to wait some more time. I was outraged and asked for my money back, which they promptly refused. Don't ever do business with this company. They forget about you after getting the payment.

They would make fake promises to enroll you and once you pay your fees they would ghost you. They told me that they would assign me advocate within a week but it took them a month. Then too the advocate is not super interested and have not started work on my case. I had cleary informed them that I would be travelling on two week and not available post that. Their sales guy (Arjit Aich) assured me that all the procedures will be completed within a week - but nothing happened. I reached out to support time (Sinjini) multiple times for refund but they would keep on saying we need to check. I paid them to help me file a case against a online platform who cheated with me but they ended up doing the same with me.

I can say it is online illegal india. I am a common man who lives on a monthly salary. Approached this company for a case where some emotion was involved (Airtel deactivated my 15 years old number). But again this company cheated me by making me to pay amount from my salary, which is useless, because there is a supreme court directive in the favour of Airtel. When I asked for refund, they are bluntly saying that it is not possible. Lost my hard earned money
