I donot have a option below 1 so I selected 1, initially they will say that in one fees they will help till resolution but this is not the case, they will ask money to proceed. What they did for my 2 cases is worth of 300-400rs with local help for which they took 4300rs .it is totally waste they can't provide any solution and come up with obstruction and new come up with new way to pay money. How can I get my fees back as you donot have any solution which can help me to get my money back ?? Above 2 is for my 2 cases

Online Legal India is a complete scam! They lure customers in with their polished website, the name “India,” and fake glowing reviews, but don’t be fooled—they are out to loot your money without offering any real services. Here’s my experience: I paid ₹2,000 for a legal notice. Till now, I have no idea if it even reached the other party. When there was no response, they convinced me to pay ₹13,300 to file a case. They are experts in sweet-talking and making promises, but once they get your money, there’s no progress—only delays and excuses. OLI: OLI42104223471359 Since October, NOTHING has been done. Every time I get a call from their team, it’s a new person asking for the same details over and over again. They keep arranging random lawyers, but even the lawyers admit they aren’t getting paid by Online Legal India, so they can’t proceed with the case. It’s a joke! When I requested a refund two months ago, I was promised by their so-called Escalation Expert, Subham Mishra, that I’d get my money back within a month if no service was provided. It’s been over two months, and there’s still no refund or even a proper response. This company is all about making money off people’s problems without actually delivering any solutions. Don’t trust their website, don’t trust their reviews—they are fake. If you value your money and time, stay far away from Online Legal India. They are the definition of unprofessionalism and fraud. I urge government authorities to investigate this company and take strict action against them for running a scam under the guise of providing legal services.

These guys claim to raise a legal notice and then come back saying that since the other party has not yet replied, do you want to go ahead with legal case. So starts the money milching. They wont file anything ( so called) unless you pay online. Fraud guys!! Dont fail for it.
