It's a fraud site. After charging me for what they said was the lawyer and platform fee, they never got back, the complaint kept showing pending and the phone number blocked me. Thank you for helping with fraud for fraud ?! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The worst experience i had with the representative...They do sweet talking...make you pay the filing amount and later ask u for more amount....At first they will tell we can go ahead for filing later come up with new reasons and ask for payment...Asked for refund but no proper response ..Please dont take service from the above company.Fraud company

I approached them for trademark registration. They sent me a questionnaire. There was delay from my side in responding due to some preoccupation, but when I finally did, they asked me to complete the procedure again. I requested one Soubarni, who made calls, to reply on email on how the process would go about and till what level their company would handhold. She instead insisted on saying that on phone. Despite sending them a detailed mail about my queries, Soubarni did not reply on email. When I insisted, she sent a mail skipping all my queries and just asking me to fill the questionnaire. That was unprofessional from a service provider, and I smell something fishy. It is difficult to understand why these guys, who are dealing in legal issues, are reluctant to be transparent and email me details of their services. I have asked for a refund and I will pursue them on this.

They didn't explain the clear process and only they took money later on they said for further process required more money with GST for further process I think it's a business to ditch people for money

They helped me drafting the case and took money until end of case and appointed a lawyer as care taker however in middle of case she said she resigned. Later I came to know company itself not in position to represent case. Later they called and informed they handed over my case to another advocate he asked me to deposit additional money to represent which i paid. He was not keen on representation and not submitted written reply though necessary input provided to him. Now, the case might get dismissed without any reply arguments . I see I wasted time,money and energy for this fraudulent company.

Today i have requested help from the Support team (Afzal) made a payment and created a login. NIce support from the support team. Hope i will get justice with the help of this team.

Warning: Do NOT trust Online Legal India! They are complete frauds and spammers. I made the mistake of filing a consumer case through them, and it’s been a nightmare. Initially, they charged me for sending a notice to the opposite party. Then, they demanded even more money to proceed with the case. Eventually, I ended up paying around ₹14,000, with their assurance that it would cover everything until the end of the case. But guess what? They didn’t stop there. Later, they demanded an additional ₹1,000 for lawyer fees and "miscellaneous charges." Like vultures, they kept sucking money out of me. I paid that too, and finally, I got a judgment of ₹44,000. However, out of that, I had already spent ₹20,000–₹22,000 on their absurd fees. To add insult to injury, they demanded another ₹6,999 to recover the judgment amount! Can you believe it? By now, I realized I had fallen for one of the biggest scams of my life. Their reviews are fake and paid. DO NOT believe them! Online Legal India is nothing but a group of thieves preying on people. This has been the worst decision of my life, and I urge everyone reading this to stay far away from them. Thanks to these scammers, I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. Don’t make the same mistake.
