I had a bad experience with OLI
I had a bad experience with OLI, I have paid an money of 3.5k initially towards drafting/serving the legal notice to the OP.I have given the complaint in an word document and the same was copy/pasted in their template and was served to the OP. After getting a response from the OP, I was further informed that I have to pay 15k to file a petition for which i have agreed and paid accordingly. I came to know from another advocate that the initial notice that was served had numerous errors and they had to be rectified before proceeding with the petition. OLI took more than a month to draft the second legal notice but not sure they have actually served the notice for the second time as OLI team failed to provide me a tracking number. I was very upset with the services of OLI and asked them not to proceed as they were delaying the things and requested them to refund. Few weeks later I got a call from their escalation team stating they can only refund partial amount(around 7500) and literally forced me to accept for the partial refund. Even refund process took more than couple of weeks. Later, I further reached out to OLI support/Escalation team via email/phone to explain the reason why i had to agree to the partial refund and also questioned them why i should pay them when they have not done any favour to me apart from delaying. They were not in a mood to reply to the question i have asked and simply stated, they have refunded the money. No matter, what question you ask the answer remains the same. There were more than 100+ email thread and out of which the responses from OLI was same mostly in every reply of theirs. I felt like sharing my bad experience with OLI will help many people like us to think multiple times before approaching OLI. OLI57792143117964 OLI, As stated by you could you resolve this issue or just that you are sharing your standard response? I haven't heard anything back so far. Can I get an ETA pls? Pls update? I haven’t heard back any thing yet? Awaiting for a response. Finally, This is how OLI operates. There won’t be any response from their end. OLI is not in a postition to respond as they are aware they have taken money for doing nothing, more over delayd the things by more than couple of months. OLI/Fastinfo will not respond when a customer will raise a complaint and asks for any justification on thier work... Its been more than couple of months and there is no response what so ever from OLI....
