Despite multiple follow-ups, I was met with no response or accountability from their team. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Mr Shami of Online Legal India. I had engaged them to file a legal notice against Park Plaza hotel in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Punjab, for non refund of the room reservation charges paid by me. Repeated online exchanges and phone calls with their Duty Managers did not yield the expected result. It was then that I contacted Online Legal India wherein Mr Shami returned my call and patiently took down the details of my complaint. It was him who explained the entire procedure of filing a legal notice against the other party and briefed me about the nominal costs involved as well as about the compensation that I could demand for mental grief caused to me by the other party's lack of response. He again contacted me once the draft of the legal notice was ready and requested me view the same and bring to his immediate notice any changes that I deemed necessary before the same could be finalised and despatched. The notice was finally despatched in the first week of January and on receiving the same the other party firstly refused to accept it and secondly quietly refunded the disputed amount into my company's account. This action must have been precipitated by the arrival of the legal notice at their doorstep for which I am very grateful both to Mr Shami and to Online Legal India. I am very happy with the quality of service provided to me by Mr Shami of Online Legal India who apprised me of the situation via a followup call and offered to have the company file a case against Park Plaza hotel for refusing to receive a legal notice. However I have declined to do so since my primary objective has been met and that I dont want to get involved in a protracted legal battle. I would very highly recommend Online Legal India for the quality of services that they provide at a nominal cost. My best wishes to Mr Shami and the team of lawyers at Online Legal India.

They did not provide complete information at the beginning and failed to provide service. They did not even refund money. It is better to deal with advocate directly in person than dealing with them and losing money. They don't provide complete information about total cost involved.
