Very bad experience. They didn't give exact details and made fake promises. After that they ask for payment after every step.They gives me details for trademark filing at cost of 7,000. But after making payment of 40,000. They ask for another premium subscription. It's a total fraud. Don't trust them by seeing their ads .

It was said to me that you don't have to pay anything after 2200 as it includes start to end fees. Also hiring lawyer who will fight behalf of you but yet nothing happened. I'm getting a call that you have to pay 12k to proceed further. Its a scam. Do not pay anything.

I am absolutely appalled by the horrendous service I have received from Online Legal India (OLI). After months of follow-up calls, over 30 emails, and repeated assurances, they have outright refused to refund my money. Instead, they want to assign a new advocate, as if that solves the problem. I wasted more than three months of my time, hoping for a resolution, only to be met with this unprofessional, dismissive response. They have absolutely no regard for their customers' time or money. As a middle-class person, 13 thousand rupees is a significant amount, and the mental distress this has caused me is unbearable. Not only did I fall victim to a scam earlier, but now I feel completely scammed again. I’ve been harassed and treated like my concerns don't matter. I’ll be taking this matter to consumer court because this is beyond just poor service – it's an outright scam. I wouldn’t trust this company with anything and urge others to avoid them at all costs. My OLI reference number is OLI00752261335689, and I will not rest until this injustice is addressed.

FRAUD COMPANY ! They are running company to fraud people and misguide them by fake promises. At every point they will ask for money , don't trust them . From customer service to advocates all are fake . Sorry they don't have advocates as well. Soweta Shah was assigned for my case. She herself a SCAMMER. I request everyone to come together and expose this fraud company who is playing with our sentiments and money.OLI should be closed as soon as possible. And who so ever is replying to people on every comment . I don't know whether they are seriously concerned or these are just automated replies on every review. If you are genuine refund my money and share screen short instead of writing same line to everyone.

Excellent and helpful. I would be fully satisfied if my case would be resolved in my favour, still till now regarding submission of my case, OLI is very satisfying.

Really a very bad experience after 2 weeks the document were not transferred and at last they said to take the issue to court if that is the option why should we opt you for.

Very Bad experience since last 14 days I have uploaded the documents for GST registration and after 14 days there customer care said that your documents is password protected and in review they said that the person assign has changed so you to provide new documents. They have no policy of refund once your money is gone it's gone they keep on giving shitty reason. The customer care does not have knowledge

This company is totally a scam,i visited this website to file a case against a fraud happened with me ,instead of helping me they have looted me with 2500 rupees .
