Outsourcing orders to incompetent lawyers.
I registered for Will services. I gave them a template and said this is what I am looking for in the Will. They took about 1.5 months to even work and share the 1st draft of the Will which was incorrect. After repeated mails, they assigned a new lawyer. This lawyer again sent a standard template rather than looking at my requirement. That's when I noticed that none of the lawyers were working for onlinelegalindia, they were all random people with gmail ids! So they just outsource the work to someone who doesn't even care what we want. And then they stopped responding & no refund was given.
