False Promises, Delays, and Repeated Fee Demands – Extremely Disappointed

I trusted Online Legal India after they promised my registration would be completed in 15 days. Based on this, I made multiple payments — but even after more than a month, the work is still pending. They even collected duplicate payments under different names for the same service, which they later admitted in a call and promised to refund. They also assured me they’d complete the process immediately. It’s now been over 7 days since that promise, and nothing has been done. No updates. No refund. Just more silence. To make things worse, I kept getting sales calls pressuring me to pay again under new labels, clearly trying to exploit the situation instead of solving it. I’ve officially cancelled the service and asked for a full refund (minus the fee for work done so far). Still waiting.
