I paid for a private prescription online. I was emailed to say it should be at the store. I emailed the store to see if it was there and had no response. I went into the store, and they told me my prescription had been delivered, but they no longer had the stock. I was told it would be reordered and in the next day. I returned the next day and was told they had a stock issue. The pharmacist said they had tried to call me, but I didn't receive a call or had any missed calls or messages. He said he would call me in 2 days to advise when it would be in stock. I'm still waiting for this call after four days. The service is a joke.

Terrible experience with Superdrug Online Doctors. When I first ordered, there was a 10-day delay with no response from the doctor. Despite responding immediately, the system didnβt register it and I kept receiving messages asking me to respond again, even though I had already replied twice! After this, they cancelled the order & refund me, then took money from my account again and approved the order. This dragged on for a frustrating 10-15 days. Even after that ordeal, I decided to give them another chance. I placed another order, and once again the doctor asked for photos I had already submitted at the start. The check-ups were supposed to be every 6 months. This was extremely frustrating and I just cancelled the order. I could not be bothered to Also the replies from the doctors are painfully slow. Do not order from them unless you want to deal with slow responses and constant delays. This was by far the worst service Iβve ever experienced.

I ordered some medication over a week ago which was required urgently . It took well over a week for it to be processed and delivered . Will not be using this company or recommending . Absolutely no concept of urgency especially when medication is involved . Will go elsewhere in the future .
