Terrible experience with Superdrug Online Doctors. When I first ordered, there was a 10-day delay with no response from the doctor. Despite responding immediately, the system didn’t register it and I kept receiving messages asking me to respond again, even though I had already replied twice! After this, they cancelled the order & refund me, then took money from my account again and approved the order. This dragged on for a frustrating 10-15 days. Even after that ordeal, I decided to give them another chance. I placed another order, and once again the doctor asked for photos I had already submitted at the start. The check-ups were supposed to be every 6 months. This was extremely frustrating and I just cancelled the order. I could not be bothered to Also the replies from the doctors are painfully slow. Do not order from them unless you want to deal with slow responses and constant delays. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
