I have had 3 months of Mysimba weight…
I have had 3 months of Mysimba weight loss tablets and have done well, reaching half of my weight loss goal. I asked to switch to Mounjaro injections as I still have a stone to lose and I felt I’d plateaud on the tablets (and I was only allowed 4 more weeks as 16 weeks max with Mysimba) and I’ve been turned down all of a sudden, because apparently I no longer qualify despite being overweight still and they’ve tried to palm me off with Alli tablets. It also took them 9 days to let me know this decision but they took my money in the first place… I’m now waiting to be refunded. Not really happy. I wouldn’t recommend… don’t allow your customers to think you’re going to support them for their whole journey only to leave them stranded half way. Not good. Have since found another service, slightly cheaper and with an online support app to coach along the way.

Incorrect prescription given and have…
Incorrect prescription given and have been unable to remedy this due to working hours. 1/3 of the tablets paid for were given in the prescription. Only checked when home and then too late. Online doctor suggested visiting the pharmacy but have been unable to. Postal prescriptions like you used to do would be much better

Scam weight loss tablets
Really poor this service,was recommended weight loss tablets,very expensive,no change at all,told the doctor who then told me to buy more equally expensive tablets,seems a giant scam! All messages complaining about this have been ignored!
