Had notification that item would be ready to collect at the pharmacy 30min drive and told its not available and no indication of when there will be new stock. So phoned and said they will send it out to my local post office collection point again had notification that it was ready to collect but superdrug didn't put my details on the parcel so the post office returned it in the same morning after sending me a notification of delivery, I phoned superdrug and they said they don't send out to post office. Although it is an option on there delivery service. Crazy situation.

I have spent almost all afternoon trying to reorder my prescription, just as I was about to launch my laptop out of the window in frustration, your colleague Maddie on your helpline talked me through the procedure until I could reorder, what a lovely, kind and patient member of staff - please pass on my thanks :)

Ordered paid £200 for medication, sent info they needed to review all was good. They sent me an email that my order was ready. I travelled 20 miles to collect. Had to queue for ages as short staffed to be told they couldn’t get my meds from Supplier. I now have to wait 3 working days to get my money back. They would have had my money for 10 days this really feels like a scam I’m so annoyed. Why falsely advertise you have something if you haven’t. I called had to hold for 20 minutes to be told I have to wait for my refund

I placed an order which was accepted and I was informed that my prescription would be able to be collected after a particular time. I went to collect my prescription the following day and it was not available. No one had informed me of this. It was Saturday and I was asked to go in on the Monday, I arrive to collect my prescription late on Monday and my prescription was still unavailable. The communication on the progress of this was very poor. I was offered a refund but not an alternative of my prescription.
