All good until you have an issue, then terrible aftercare with stock answers and no regard to the actual issue you're having. **update** Yes, but initial replies were stock answers and did not in fact answer my questions. It was clearly a cut and paste job.

Waste of time
Cholesterol kit arrived. Very difficult to take sample and messy, but managed it eventually. They couldn't test it however because it had 'haemolysed'. Offered a new kit free of charge but I declined as didn't want to go through that palaver again. No refund so £42 wasted.

Very Poor Customer Service
Got stuck in Gatwick Royal Mail centre but finally got delivered. Impossible to get to actually speak to a human at Superdrug and finally got an email response to this review at not my question on their website.

Testosterone for women
Please can you explain, regarding your testosterone treatment plan, why men receive 30 sachets at £55 (£1.83 a sachet) but women receive 3 sachets at £18 (£6 a sachet). That’s a £4.17 difference for the exact same product: Testogel 40.5mg. I thought we had stopped Pink Tax.
