Won’t be ordering from you again!

The nearest branch you said that I could collect my prescription was Redruth, 30 minutes drive from me. You then sent me a message to say I could collect my prescription, when I got there I was told they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t be there until the next day. They told me they don’t know what stock they have when they send out the messages.

My medication order failed to show up…

My medication order failed to show up at the Pharmacy I'd chosen despite receiving an email saying it was ready to collect. The pharmacy told me the only option was to call their number... which I did only to be told I have to follow this up through their website. I did and no-one responded until another follow-up call. I will not be using superdrug again
