Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I paid for a Paracel to be deliver by next day delivery. They courier collected the item from the supplier at 6pm on Tuesday 27th may, and by 6pm Wednesday 28th may the parcel was still sat in the couriers warehouse. I tried contacting Lloyds as this was a perishable item on ice, they didn't respond. I was sat up waiting for the delivery when I get a notification at 10:30 pm to say the courier tried to deliver the parcel. I have a ring doorbell, and a security light, neither of these were triggered by this supposed delivery attend. However the driver had uploaded a photo of my house, from his car. parked on the other side of the street. I have since seen footage from my neighbours doorbell camera showing the driver pulling up, leading out the car, taking a photo and driving off, with the parcel, without getting out of the car, or approaching the door. Lloyds won't reply to my emails, or automated chats about this. I've been speaking to one of their customer service reps, who has put me on hold, and left me on hold for 25mins. This person refused to escalate my complaint or put me through to someone more senior. They have left me on hold hoping I will go away. This is appalling customer service. Lloyds are happy to take your money, but not happy to provide customer service Update. Still no call back and the replacement medication is, again, sat in the Evri warehouse and has been since 9pm last night.... can I get hold of anyone at Lloyds? NO. Have they replied to any of my messages? NO...

I also had experience with Mounjaro pen malfunctioning after 2 doses. I have sent several messages to LP asking what to do. This has been the most frustrating experience. Every doctor has replied asking for more information -although all the information they ask for has already been given in previous emails. I have never had the same doctor answer - my sense is there is a pool of doctors not part of LP standing in to answer queries. They seem to know very little about Mountjaro and infuriatingly answer my questions with more (previously answered) questions. Finally, One of the six or seven doctors who have dealt with my queries, resolved the issue and reordered my prescription. I thought problem finally solved but the next two doctors again reverted to more questions and nothing is resolved. My conclusion? If everything works fine but if you have any problem go elsewhere. Addendum Lloyds pharmacy has replied to my post saying they canβt trace my account. This is their standard answer implying that this possibly a fake review. My account is easily traced by name and the recency of emails. May 21-28 I have cancelled my account and asked for a refund.

After two false starts for orders for Mounjaro from other companies, having taken the big decision to try it, I was happy with the service from this company. Having had one order delayed due to no stock and another company where I paid and did all that was required but after 4 days had heard nothing, I hoped it would be third time lucky. I telephoned first to ask a couple of questions and the phone was answered reasonably quickly. My questions were answered and I then went on line and did the order. The follow up video was a bit of a laugh, I had to try it three times as I ran out of time twice and hadnβt done all the parts. It was easy to do though and I got the timings right after a couple of false starts. The bmi and Iβd checks went though very quickly after seeing it could take up to 72 hours. My order was despatched with next day delivery. Evri did deliver it on the day stated and left it in the safe place specified. Bit of a miracle as I do not find them the most reliable. So my journey has started but I intend to use them again, providing I tolerate it well enough. Fingers crossed.

Online service and customer service is great. But their choice of courier βEvriβ lets this service down badly. Several times my medication has not been delivered, missing, lost or delayed. My latest experience has resulted in missing my scheduled medication with no way of getting a replacement or guaranteed replacement delivery.

Last mounjaro pen malfunctioned contacted Lloyds and they said "that's impossible they don't malfunction" it did! Benefit of the doubt I ordered a new pen. Shock horror did exactly the same thing again same as last pen doesn't work on the 4th dose, no problem with 3 doses, and just to be certain I got my pal who's a nurse to do it and no joy. So given I have now not been able to get 2 pens to work for the cost and lost 2 doses I think that I'll go elsewhere! Oh and add 7lb only weight loss considering I'm 12st 10 at the start of this have not eaten and processed foods or anything other than meat veg eggs and not even drinking tea anymore or snacks, I do believe it's actually the cutting out and down that's doing the work. Because other people I know who are on it have lost up to 18lb and I'm on pen no 4? Strange?

I'm very disappointed after contacting Lloyds pharmacy about my faulty mounjaro pen to be told I'd used the dose. Lloyds could see from the order out would have been impossible for me to have done this. I was told when I called after being on hold for a very long time that someone would call me. I didn't get a call, just a message to tell me I'd used it and I hadn't. This messed up my journey. They said it was user error. Also I had mixed messages when trying to contact them about the negative side effects that I was experiencing looking for some support.

Always replies within an hour if I have a certain question. Quick & prompt next day delivery. Would highly recommend this company to friends & family for weight loss & other tips on losing & maintaining weight control. Also gives a lot of friendly advice & can speak to a consultant if need be.
