Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I am thoroughly unimpressed having attended the pharmacy in Wye today where I was refused the prescription for Orlistat. Having travelled 40 minutes there and back to be refused the treatment was ridiculous and incredulous. After returning home I have reviewed your website where it says that Orlistat can be authorised as a prescription with a BMI >30, therefore I am perplexed as to why I was refused this treatment when my BMI is 32. Nowhere on your website or through the sign up process was this stipulated and for the pharmacist to state it is not to be issued if my BMI was over 28. This is also strange as I do not have any other health issues. I’ve sent 2 messages to your website and you have also taken the £50 payment for the medication which I have not received and no reply or refund.

Very good service and easy to contact and quick response.next day delivery and £30 cheaper than Superdrug who I was with and left because had a delivery turn up that was all open and found out the following week the injection was faulty so lost two hundred and fifteen pounds . They asked for photo’s of damaged boxe’s but I had binned them already , and that was because they took to long to get back to me . Not good Superdrug I expected more from your big company!
