Won't call me about missing parcel.

I paid for a Paracel to be deliver by next day delivery. They courier collected the item from the supplier at 6pm on Tuesday 27th may, and by 6pm Wednesday 28th may the parcel was still sat in the couriers warehouse. I tried contacting Lloyds as this was a perishable item on ice, they didn't respond. I was sat up waiting for the delivery when I get a notification at 10:30 pm to say the courier tried to deliver the parcel. I have a ring doorbell, and a security light, neither of these were triggered by this supposed delivery attend. However the driver had uploaded a photo of my house, from his car. parked on the other side of the street. I have since seen footage from my neighbours doorbell camera showing the driver pulling up, leading out the car, taking a photo and driving off, with the parcel, without getting out of the car, or approaching the door. Lloyds won't reply to my emails, or automated chats about this. I've been speaking to one of their customer service reps, who has put me on hold, and left me on hold for 25mins. This person refused to escalate my complaint or put me through to someone more senior. They have left me on hold hoping I will go away. This is appalling customer service. Lloyds are happy to take your money, but not happy to provide customer service Update. Still no call back and the replacement medication is, again, sat in the Evri warehouse and has been since 9pm last night.... can I get hold of anyone at Lloyds? NO. Have they replied to any of my messages? NO...
