Doctors can’t answer questions
I also had experience with Mounjaro pen malfunctioning after 2 doses. I have sent several messages to LP asking what to do. This has been the most frustrating experience. Every doctor has replied asking for more information -although all the information they ask for has already been given in previous emails. I have never had the same doctor answer - my sense is there is a pool of doctors not part of LP standing in to answer queries. They seem to know very little about Mountjaro and infuriatingly answer my questions with more (previously answered) questions. Finally, One of the six or seven doctors who have dealt with my queries, resolved the issue and reordered my prescription. I thought problem finally solved but the next two doctors again reverted to more questions and nothing is resolved. My conclusion? If everything works fine but if you have any problem go elsewhere. Addendum Lloyds pharmacy has replied to my post saying they can’t trace my account. This is their standard answer implying that this possibly a fake review. My account is easily traced by name and the recency of emails. May 21-28 I have cancelled my account and asked for a refund.
