Quick respond and good delivery times thankfull
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I ferl that I have come to the end of my tether, regarding loosing weight. I am a 62 year old lady who has joint pain, back pain, low self confidence. A friend of mine recently commenced on this treatment.

Went through the looong "consultation", paid then Β£24.95, went through the tricky ID process which involved sending them a copy of my passport. Then they declined to send the asthma relief meds because "my asthma is poorly controlled". Yes. That's why I need asthma relief meds. See my GP they said. Great idea but not possible these days. They are apparently refunding my money but are of course in possession of my passport details, which I am discussing with the passport office. A pointless, stressful waste of time and possibly money. Avoid. UPDATE ... Today they have requested more information, I sent them my full name, account number and registered phone number. Let's see if anything comes of that.

Terrible customer service. I had an issue I wanted rectifying and the blatant disregard I was unpaid is unreal. As of now - and I have asked twice - I have yet to receive a copy of their complaints procedure. They are fine when everything is going well, an utter nightmare if you have a problem they need to sort. They ignore your complaints and will do everything in their power to avoid giving you a copy of their complaints procedure. I will be escalating the issue - though I shouldnβt have to - and voting with my feet taking my business (and all future business) to a competitor on sheer principal. Abysmal, avoid at all costs.

I found the video part of the assessment difficult as I do not have a full length mirror. I had to get my daughter to help me. I think many people who are obese will not have a full length mirror. The rest of the process was quite simple and quick.
