Couldn't get help from surgery ( tried for 2hrs)).Called pharmacy4U cheerfully dealt with quickly. I have been using them for some time for regular prescriptions. VERY HAPPY to get sorted. BIG thank-you!!!!

Ordered a product online. Hayfever spray. This was advertised as 140 sprays for 11.99. I was delivered a bottle of 60 sprays. So less than half of advertised amount. I have tried to call, but there is no way to speak to a person about this. I have also sent an email Very disappointing. This is at best an error, and at worst deliberately misleading. Not being able to discuss this with customer service is really extremely poor

Having read the above reviews and defence from pharmacy4u, I believe, like myself, those with a bad experience have ordered from pharmacy-4u.co.uk which appears dodgy. I’ve made a large transaction after which the alarm bells began to ring and I’ve noticed the discrepancy in the web address : (

Sent the wrong item I even proved it with what they sent and what the delivery note said I had ordered but no come back - dreadful company to get hold of and customer service is zero rated

Absoute disgrace of a company. They took my money the items were delivered somewhere else and then the items were returned to them. I asked for my money back or the items to be resent they have said no to both. I am reporting them for bad conduct. Please do not use this company they are a scam fraud and badically this is theft as they have the items back with them and will jot give me my money back. I would not give them 1 star.

This company have been very happy to take my money but very poor in providing any kind of service in return. They ignore emails, they won't provide a refund, I'm not even sure if they are a legitimate pharmacy or have anyone qualified working for them. Avoid at all costs!!!

Do not bother with this company, they will take your money and forget to send your product to you, they will also withhold your medicine from you and refuse to send any emails to update you on any info, do not use this company, pharmacy2U are far more reliable.

I ordered and did recieve my package by Royal Mail however it was busted inside the package, I emailed them and did receive a response which I wasn't happy with, saying I've staged the picture I sent to make it look worse and that I did the damage, very unprofessional and won't be ordering from them again, wish I read the reviews first then I wouldn't have used them in the first place.

I made an enquiry about the container for some eye drops that I may need to purchase in future, and received a prompt and helpful reply.

I agree with all the others, worst company ever. They send me two fake perfumes and I had a terrible reaction to one which only smelt like alcohol. They say if it’s opened we cannot refund , how else would I know if I don’t open it to use. SCAMMERS. I will dispute via Amex and will get my money back.

Worst experience ever with a pharmacy. I bought Careway Cream (active ingrediente: diphenhydramine) and received Anthisan Cream (active ingredient: Mepyramine Maleate). I contacted them and was basically told that antiallergic creams are all the same. I asked for a return / reimbursement and they stopped answering me. Their website is online-pharmacy4u.co.uk. I am formalising a complaint with the competent authorities, this is not only a breach of both the UK and the Scottish consumer rights, but a health hazard since changing ingredients without knowing the patient history can potentially cause severe harm.

I like the other customers detailed below placed an order with this company Online harmacy 4 U only to be sent the wrong order. Obviously this company are still advertising stock they no longer have and sending out replacement rubbish in its place. I have tried calling them their telepone service is automated and the option choices don't work, Also their payment options are also dodgey - paypal not available -wonder why. I have just sent them an e-mail demanding my money back and also for them to arrange uplift of the goods I did not order SURPRISE SURPRISE THE E-MAIL HAS JUST COME BACK AS BEING UN DELIVERED. Disappointed with Customer Service and Product Quality I recently placed my first order with Pharmacy 4U, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. My order arrived late and with a cracked container, leaving the product damaged and unusable. I immediately contacted their customer service, expecting a fair resolution, either a refund or a replacement. However, instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed my claim, stating that Royal Mail reported no visible damage to the packaging. This completely ignores the fact that the product inside was defective upon arrival. As a customer, I expected a company to take responsibility for ensuring their products arrive in good condition. Sadly, their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me with a damaged item and no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service. Although I wished to purchase an item that had been discontinued, the team were courteous, helpful and efficient when dealing with my query. They also offered an alternative product.

I placed an order with Online Pharmacy 4U on February 10, 2025, and never received a confirmation email or any update about my purchase. Despite my payment going through, I received no tracking details, no response, and no delivery. After days of waiting, I emailed their customer service on February 15, 2025, but got no reply. I then called their contact number twice, and the calls were diverted to a machine that told me to press numbers~ only to be told that the mailbox was full and then the call was disconnected. At this point, I searched for more information online and found that Google now lists the company as “Permanently Closed”. This suggests that they are no longer in business but are still taking people’s money! After repeatedly chasing them, they finally responded and agreed to issue a refund. While I appreciate getting my money back, the lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable. ⚠️ I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Their service is unreliable, and getting any response from them requires a lot of effort. Proceed with caution. Unfortunately not the best experience I've had with online shopping! I was sent the wrong item and emailed them to inform. I was asked to return the item and they would send the correct item. No return label was sent initially until I asked for one. Eventually they did send a return label but it was a business label and therefore I couldn't send the item through my local post office. I tried 2 different post offices and both rejected the return item. Its pointless calling online pharmacy 4U as none of the options on telephone work - only option to contact is via email which is frustrating. The local post office asked me to try the Royal mail delivery office - my nearest one was half hour away! A lot of inconvenience for me just because they sent the wrong item in the first place. I will stick to Amazon next time. Overall not a great experience and would not recommend!! And yes this is the website I definitely ordered from. I have all the email correspondence from Online pharmacy 4U

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company! I placed an order costing £140. Got an email saying it had been shipped. Nothing arrived. I emailed and told the item was out of stock. I requested a refund. No reply. Any advice as to what I can do?
