They are a complete nuisance, disregarding emails and doing what they want. Very very bad communication 🙄. You can't get to them on the phone either. I have the right to cancel my order but this company disregards that. May be if you respond to your emails or the phone, we will be in a better position to provide excellent reviews.

I placed an order with online pharmacy for the NAD + pen which arrived the next day, unfortunately the viles were missing. I emailed the company to inform them and Richard Williams arranged next day replacements without question. Quick reliable service

My experience reflects the majority of others with a negative experience.... Needed nasal sprays urgently, the web site said it was available for next day delivery so ordered with them. That was a Monday by Wednesday morning they hasn't even dispatched the items. Emailed them to ask when I could expect my order, email complete ignored. They have finally dispatched the items on Thursday. So much for "next day delivery". Unfortunately I didn't learn from my previous experience with them, which I put down as a "one off" but clearly isn't. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING WITHIN THEIR STATED TIMEFRAME ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!! Edit... As you can see from their comment, they are now trying to claim that this is somehow a different company. My review definitely relates to online-pharmacy4u.co.uk. They also don't seem to grasp the concept that TrustPilot is for consumers to review a company, we don't need to be invited to do so. Even if they direct customers to post reviews on a different review site.
An item tuned up with a cracked container, which is fine things break during transit, but they haven't replied to my email for 5 days about a replacement. Absolutely useless *** Reply to Online Pharamacy 4U, just to confirm it is "Online Pharmacy 4U" that I've left a review about, and based on my experience, I find it very hard to belive you've had good feedback. Im 3 weeks in and only now can send the item back. ***
If there were an option for no stars I would use it. The product delivered was different to that advertised. They are refusing to give me a return address and ignore my refund requests. Terrible customer service and clearly they don’t know what’s in their products.
Although there were problems with my order (simply because the line itself was discontinued), everything has been dealt with professionally, refund and explanation were provided and customer service is very pleasant. They tend to reply only in the AM, but I think keeping low staff is their way to reduce overhead and keep prices decent. Will shop again.
Company took £70 for HRT which was not in stock on 11th January Asked for a refund on 13th January.they said it would be 48 hours Still not received after emailing again on 23rd January to request the refund. 29th January still not received a response or refund. Update…. The company has contacted me to request I change my review #248176 this is my order number. SCAM WEBSITE!!! My order still hasn't arrived three months later and no reply to my countless email requests for a refund..the number is fake, there is no way to contact them. AVOID! DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!
The ordered item was out of stock so to make sure I got something they very kindly replaced the large container with an equivalent volume but in smaller bottles. It's this kind of care for the customer that makes you go back and use th m again and again

I’m not sure why I’m wasting any more time on this company by bothering with a review [it would be 0 stars if I could] but if it stops anyone else throwing their money away, it’s worth it. Despite paying extra for 1-2 day delivery, the items took well over a week to arrive and then were not what I ordered, with zero communication in response to my contact with them. So poor, particularly when customers are likely to be in urgent need of the products. And yes, this is the company I used so ignore if Online Pharmacy 4U try to suggest otherwise.
Completely ignoring my emails, ordered 21st Dec, they now say item is out of stock but do not answer my emails for refund as I got the item elsewhere am not impressed
I ordered E45 moisturing lotion 2 bottles of 200ml without pump just normal bottles received 2 bottles of E45 lotion which was not the lotion I order on the type of bottles or pack size,asI received 2 500 ml bottles with pump requested a refund for these via email also triedto call them their mobile number is unobtainable and their landline number keeps you on hold and then says mailbox is full so there is no option to leave a message their customers service is diabolical and simply unacceptable I have not received a reply to my email which I have sent them do not use this company
I bought an ointment cream for my daughter but received a totally different brand and it's not the GP prescribed for her. I was told this could happen due to national shortage?! If that's the case you should advertise it out of stock, so I could purchase it elsewhere. Totally waste of time.
Really good company, fast at getting my prescription out. And help when issues arrive from the postage company, no fault of their own and yet they still help. I would recommend.
This is a zero star review. I also wished I had searched reviews before choosing this company. The customer service is appalling. They have no interest in helping they pass you on by promising call backs or give email addresses as Managers do not do call backs. I am also out of pocket by a large sum which I cannot afford. Do not use this company.

I ordered 10ml Hylo Dual Intense eye drops £18.99 + £3.95 postage. I received 7.5ml Hycosan Intense eye drops even though the delivery note was showing what I had ordered. After sending a photo of what I received they sent me a returns label. My post office (I tried 2) would not accept the package as it wouldn't scan. I did advise them after the 1st try) I paid £5.15 to return the package 'signed for' as proof. When I received my refund it was for £18.99. I asked to be refunded for THEIR postage charge of £3.95 for sending the wrong goods. They have not replied to this request. I am now out of pocket for £9.10 which is a lot for a pensioner.
