Disappointed with Customer Service and Product Quality I recently placed my first order with Pharmacy 4U, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. My order arrived late and with a cracked container, leaving the product damaged and unusable. I immediately contacted their customer service, expecting a fair resolution, either a refund or a replacement. However, instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed my claim, stating that Royal Mail reported no visible damage to the packaging. This completely ignores the fact that the product inside was defective upon arrival. As a customer, I expected a company to take responsibility for ensuring their products arrive in good condition. Sadly, their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me with a damaged item and no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
