Unfortunately not the best experience…

Unfortunately not the best experience I've had with online shopping! I was sent the wrong item and emailed them to inform. I was asked to return the item and they would send the correct item. No return label was sent initially until I asked for one. Eventually they did send a return label but it was a business label and therefore I couldn't send the item through my local post office. I tried 2 different post offices and both rejected the return item. Its pointless calling online pharmacy 4U as none of the options on telephone work - only option to contact is via email which is frustrating. The local post office asked me to try the Royal mail delivery office - my nearest one was half hour away! A lot of inconvenience for me just because they sent the wrong item in the first place. I will stick to Amazon next time. Overall not a great experience and would not recommend!! And yes this is the website I definitely ordered from. I have all the email correspondence from Online pharmacy 4U
