I dont know why online pharmacy4u repeatedly tell reviewers to ensure they are reviewing the correct company, we can review by any platform we choose. Placed my order 16 Oct, rec'd a product which I could not use. They informed me it was a stock number issue, wouldnt send the correct item until i returned the incorrect item. Initially suppose they expected i would pay for the return which is absurd! Eventually supplied the returns label. When they rec'd their return, they advised the correct item was out of stock and processed a refund 22 Nov. I expect more from a pharmacy due the importance of the requirement. They should have apologised at the outset for sending the incorrect item, processed the refund then given the label without me having to request it in order for me to send the return. When will they learn given the number of complaints they have.
This is a zero star review for the company which uses various names and hides behind their similarity to other legitimate websites. I know they trade as Online Pharmacy 4U and UK Meds Online, but their address is: Unit 2, Mansfield Station Gateway, Signal Way, Nottingham, NG19 9QH And they have recently moved to 28 Maisie’s Way, The Village, South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 2DS My mother did not receive the goods she ordered and has lost her money. They sent a substitute product which was totally unsuitable for her to use. She has tried ringing them but the number they display is for their prescription business, the general "over the counter" sales side does not accept phone calls. They have ignored most of her emails and they clearly do not give a damn about how they treat people by the response she has got. They say she received what she ordered, which she has not. She has lost £58 and there appears to be no way to get this back, as they continue to ignore her requests. Keep away, save your money and save your time!!!! YES YES YES I HAVE THE RIGHT COMPANY, THE RIGHT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!! THE REPLY BELOW DOES NOT RELATE TO ME!!! THEY CANNOT EVEN REPLY TO THE RIGHT COMPLAINANT.......HAHAHA WHAT A SHAM RIP OFF COMPANY YOU ARE
I wrote my original review, posting my experience as 28/9/2024, which is only when it STARTED. It took 6 weeks before my parcel did the rounds of the Royal Mail System due to Pharmacy 4U Online misaddressing my parcel with my billing postcode along with my delivery address. Pharmacy 4U Online simply batted away my repeated emails to them and then started to ignore me. So I resorted to posting my review on Trustpilot. It seems that over a month since I posted it and forwarded it to Pharmacy 4U online, they have FINALLY "cottoned on" to my review (on 21/11/2024) and are claiming they know nothing of my or my problems with them and that I must be referring to another company - I AM NOT - I AM REFERRING SPECIFICALLY TO "PHARMACY 4U ONLINE" - and they KNOW it (or would, if they actually had proper customer service!). I spoke to our neighbour about our issues and she responded, saying "I used to use Pharmacy 4U a lot and found them very good - UNTIL something goes WRONG at their end - and then they are USELESS - I will NEVER use them again!!!"

If I could give Pharmacy4U Zero stars, I would. In August 2024, I placed a medical order, the cost of which totaled over £200. The company did not send the goods, or issue a refund when I queried the matter. I sent them numerous emails and text requesting my money back, but these have all been ignored. I have also phoned the company many times, only to be told that there isn't any one available to deal with my enquiries. I really wish that I had read the service user reviews, before giving any money to this company! They have stolen my money and have no intention of returning it. The company Online Pharmacy4U are unapologetically dishonest. I would never recommend their services to anyone!
Edit: my review is for the correct company. I wish i checked actual reviews of Online Pharmacy 4 U here and not relied on their 4.something star review they advtise on their site. Order roll on deodorant, the bottle was 20ml and not the 75ml i ordered. Emailed them and they responded saying we'll refund you the difference no mention of returning it. The issue with this is the 75ml i ordered was £9.45, the 20ml they sent is £5.98! This makes the 20ml version 4x more expensive. So although I've got 3 quid back I've got 1/4 of the product. So far I've sent 3 additional emails highlighting this and that i want to return the 20ml and be sent the 75ml what i actually ordered. As giving me 3 quid back isn't solving my problem. They literally couldn't give a toss. Each response was literally 'hi, we've refunded you the difference, thanks'. Completely ignoring my questions, not acknowledging that i want to return the item. their own site T&Cs say if its their mistake they will give you a pre paid returns label. Good luck getting that. Sent 5 emails over 5 day period and got absolutely nowhere. It wouldn't surprise me if they don't even stock the 75ml version. They just rip you off by sending out smaller items of what you ordered. Horrible customer service. It's pointless me wasting anymore time trying to get a return lable from them. Unless you want to be ripped off and have your time wasted, don't use these clowns. Can see why other reviews use the word scam.
I, named Everton Crescencio Borges, Brazilian, made a purchase order number: #244086 On the date of 10/04/2024 Where I paid for 3 mounjaro pens totaling £629.50 on my credit card. Since then I didn't know that they didn't ship to Brazil, so they canceled the order but the purchase was not canceled and I need a refund for my credit limit to return to me. This has already caused me a lot of headaches with this company. Something simple is becoming disturbing. urgently awaiting solution.
I got transferred here from Lloyds Direct, which had given me an excellent service. This company sent me through a renewal reminder which was too early, so the surgery wouldn't honour it, then forgot to give me a reminder when it was really due. When I look at the date scheduled for the next notification it was in 2023. I spoke to someone at the call centre , not nothing happened. Am NOT IMPRESSED.
I have been transferred from Llloyds Direct to this company. They took them over. What a shambles. You cant call them, the answer back service does not work. Also the chat on line does not work. I would avoid this company they have obviously taken over ohter companies with no plan how to deal with the extra work. AVOID
Sent the wrong product. I emailed and they said it was due to shortages in the marketplace and wanted to offer me a 10% refund. What am I supposed to do with the wrong product? They haven’t replied to my question about why you you deliberately send the wrong medicine?
Their website advertises items falsely. I clicked on an item to purchase, that was clearly labelled as what I needed. The image and text stated what the item was. However, upon clicking the item it defaults to something else (but the name of the item doesn’t change!) So what arrived was not what was ordered. They were very unhelpful and would not issue a replacement, yet the fault is with their website (they even admitted this). From what I see now, I don’t think they are a fully legitimate establishment and I would strongly advise not spending money with this company. I also see that there are other terrible reviews, perhaps I should have read them first. EDIT: I have a reply on here from the company asking me to check this review because they believe I have the wrong company. HAHA. I have the CORRECT company. I know exactly which company you are. I have emails of correspondence. I came here to leave the review myself, I wasn’t directed by anybody. What a stupid response you’ve given. About as ridiculous as your customer service team.

Your medication may take over a month or two to arrive with no reason why and if one of your medications is out of stock you will never receive your order
I think this company has been going through some changes recently and seems to have got on top of all the previous problems. Ordered and recieved within 3 days, excellet service.
Very poor service, no contact from the company after my order so had to order elsewhere. When i finally got refunded they deducted £5 admin charge for their own inability to complete the order.
Disgusting company …AVOID !!! Been trying to resolve a manufacturing issue for goods received , simple solution just send replacement as any decent company would . They have responded , by email , basically dismissing any issue and washing their hands of the situation and any replacement. You can call all you want but you’ll never get to speak to anyone. DISGUSTING…. AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR AN ONLINE COMPANY . Oh yeah , just incase anyone has tried calling the number they’ve posted on here …..that is a scaffolding company , yes I’ve called and he said he’s getting lots of these calls . Wednesday 21st August 2024, I have put in an order for 8X Proplus 24 box @ £2.52. Total £25.11, including cost of next day delivery.. Today 22nd August have received 2 separate Emails adverts stating,"Items left in your cart! Use 'COMEBACK' code to get 15% of purchase". Clicking on cart shows, 'cart empty'. WILL GIVE 5 STARSif if I receive items by end of day!!
